Pricing & Vehicle Condition

  • Final pricing may change based on vehicle size, condition, pet hair, stains, excessive mud, mold, sand, bodily fluids, or biohazards.

  • Excessively dirty vehicles may require additional labor charges.

  • Quotes are estimates until the vehicle is inspected.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits may be required to secure appointments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable within 24–48 hours of the appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.

  • Severe weather may require rescheduling for mobile appointments.

Mobile Detailing Requirements

  • Customer must provide safe access to the vehicle.

  • Access to water and electricity may be required unless the service is fully self-contained.

  • Vehicle must be located in a safe service area.

  • Technician may refuse service due to unsafe conditions or extreme weather.

Personal Belongings

  • Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings before service.

  • Missouri Details LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

Pre-Existing Damage

  • Missouri Details LLC is not responsible for pre-existing:

    • scratches,

    • rock chips,

    • faded paint,

    • cracked trim,

    • worn leather,

    • loose panels,

    • aftermarket modifications,

    • damaged electronics.

  • Certain stains, odors, scratches, and imperfections may be permanent.

Paint Correction Disclaimer

  • Paint correction improves paint appearance but cannot guarantee perfection.

  • Some deeper scratches or defects may remain for paint safety.

  • Results vary depending on paint condition and thickness.

Ceramic Coating Terms

  • Ceramic coating performance depends on proper maintenance.

  • Automatic car washes may reduce coating longevity.

  • Warranty coverage may require annual inspections or maintenance washes.

  • Environmental contamination and improper care are not covered.

Stain & Odor Disclaimer

  • Some stains and odors cannot be completely removed.

  • Heavily contaminated interiors may require multiple treatments.

  • Smoke, mold, pet urine, and biological contamination may have permanent effects.

Pet Hair Policy

  • Excessive pet hair removal may incur additional charges due to labor intensity.

Satisfaction Policy

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24–48 hours after service completion.

  • Missouri Details LLC will be given the opportunity to address any reasonable concerns.

Liability Limitations

  • Missouri Details LLC is not liable for:

    • electrical/mechanical failures,

    • engine issues,

    • alarm malfunctions,

    • aftermarket accessory failures,

    • weakened trim or emblems damaged during normal cleaning processes.

Weather Policy

  • Outdoor services may be rescheduled due to:

    • rain,

    • lightning,

    • freezing temperatures,

    • excessive wind,

    • unsafe working conditions.

Biohazard / Infestation Clause

  • Missour Details LLC has the right to refuse vehicles with:

    • mold,

    • bodily fluids,

    • insects,

    • fleas,

    • roaches,

    • needles,

    • hazardous waste.

Photo & Marketing Release

  • Missouri Details LLC may photograph vehicles before/after service for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash.

  • Returned payments may incur fees.
